Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Costa Rica within 24 to 48 hours. During sales and holiday seasons, this period may be extended to 72 hours due to the volume of orders. Once orders are dispatched from our warehouse, we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipping address. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number to track your package.

National Shipping (Costa Rica)

Correos de Costa Rica (2-3 business days) - FREE

International Shipping

DHL Express (3-5 business days) - 60 USD. Transit times may be affected in case of custom delays.

Custom Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Caribe Swim ships your package duties and taxes unpaid and does not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you incur these charges, Caribe Swim is not responsible for any custom fees, duties, or taxes on international shipments. To avoid any complications, please check with your local customs for rules that may apply to you before placing your order. In the event that the shipment is not received and held at customs, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you the amount paid, deducting the original shipping charges of 60 USD plus a return shipping fee of 80 USD.
